I rated this one below average. You caught a great moment here but bird photography is very hard with shutter speed, wing position, lighting, and distance to the background all factors that have to come together. This looks like a great area to try again with the lovely green and blue background, perhaps early in the morning and with the subject farther away from the background to blur it more.

I rated it below average. I liked the tight crop as it brings you close to the lady and gives an intimate feel as she sings. I think the sideways pose is not as strong as a 3/4 or straight on view, especially with out the eye contact with her eyes closed.

As for the challenge (you mention the Milgram Experiment), like a sheep, I did use the full range as instructed, but thought it was a statistically meaningless exercise, that did not change anything about the results.

I love it. Very abstract and interesting with all the lines and angles. The B&W works well here. Be careful where you fly if this a drone. Some countries make it illegal to fly over power plants or other "critical infrastructure".
